I purchased gift cards, will they still be honored?
Non-promotional balances on gift cards purchased from Refresh Car Wash will be honored by California Hand Wash until June 15, 2024, once we reopen. As with any gift card, lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
I pre-purchased washes, how can I get a refund for my unused washes?
If you pre-purchased washes the actual value paid for the washes will remain on the gift card. The non-promotional dollar amount on the gift card may be applied towards services at California Hand Wash - Alpharetta until June 15, 2024.
How can I check the balance on my gift card?
Stop by California Hand Wash - Alpharetta and our team will be happy to look up the balance on your gift card. Please note, that you must have the physical gift card in order to check a balance and/or redeem any of it's value.

Who is California Hand Wash?
California Hand Wash is owned by local residents Jack Craig and Mathew Stoner who started the business in June 2018 with the purchase of the former Executive Car Wash in Johns Creek and turning it into California Hand Wash - Johns Creek. We expanded to the Hamilton Mill area with the Opening of California Hand Wash - Hamilton Mill in February 2021.
