In this Service Agreement ‘Agreement’, ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to each ‘customer.’ Including each (agent) you designate to act on your behalf. ‘California Hand Wash’ herein shall refer to Twenty29 Operations, LLC, Twenty29 Operations – Hamilton Mill, LLC, its members, managers, and employees. This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. If you designate a person to act on your behalf, you agree that this person is your agent with full authority to act on your behalf with respect to such services and your vehicle. California Hand Wash will not accept a job without a written agreement. Please refer to the accompanying Service Order or specific information regarding the day and time of your requested service (job) specific to your vehicle. By using our service, you agree to the terms of this agreement. 

The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, indicated as ‘Total Cost’ on the service order. The term of service is for the amount of time reserved by us to complete the ‘job’ you requested and not for any specific outcome. The amount of time reserved is an estimate since the condition of each vehicle varies. It is possible that the job could take more or less time than originally estimated. Any “special requests” must be noted on the service order. Any alterations or changes after the initial service order has been issued may result in additional charges and must be approved in writing by you and California Hand Wash before any the additional work begins. A deposit of 10% of the total cost is required at the time you book your appointment. The balance is due in full, upon completion of the job. We accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). In the event an account requires legal or collection action, you agree to pay any and all costs of the collection efforts including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, interest on past due amounts and court costs.

You may choose to prepay the total cost on the service order in advance. You will be responsible for any extra charges incurred after the initial service order was written.

Service by California Hand Wash is by scheduled appointment only. As a result, all services require a deposit of 10% of the total cost. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service are subject to forfeiture of the deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. If you prepaid the total cost on the service order, the forfeiture of the deposit will be 10% of the total cost.

1. The Owner shall be responsible for ensuring that appropriate motor vehicle insurance coverage, including physical damage and theft, is in force and effect for the term of this Contract and shall provide proof of such coverage. If the Owner does not maintain appropriate motor vehicle insurance coverage for the Vehicle for the duration of the term of this Contract, California Hand Wash will in no event be liable for any damage to the Vehicle or theft of the vehicle.
2. California Hand Wash shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, special, incidental, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
3. California Hand Wash will not be liable for loss or damage of the Vehicle due to exposure to the elements, nor for loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by terrorist acts, invasion, insurrection, riot, civil war, or by military or usurped power or by order of any government or governmental authority or any other circumstance beyond California Hand Wash’s control.
4. California Hand Wash shall not be responsible for the loss of or damage to the Vehicle, or injury to persons occurring in or about the Vehicle, by reason of use or operation of the Vehicle by the Owner or other persons not employed by California Hand Wash, or by reason of the acts, omissions or negligence of the Owner or other persons in and about the Vehicle.

California Hand Wash requires an in-person consultation with you and the vehicle before an estimate can be provided. A written estimate is only valid for 5 days. California Hand Wash reserves the right to update an estimate, if the condition of the vehicle changes after the initial vehicle inspection.

We use the best products and techniques to reach the best possible outcome for your specific vehicle within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. We do not guarantee to completely restore a vehicle to any previous or like-new condition.  The vehicle will be inspected by you and our team upon completion of the service(s) and any issues/claims, must be made prior to leaving the property. 

Prior to your arrival you agree to remove all personal items from the vehicle. We are not responsible for any items left in or on the vehicle which are lost or damaged.  We will not perform any of the following: Removal of spare tire, pressure wash engines, remove seats, reinstall any child safety seat.

Once the service is complete, you must pick up your vehicle no later than the close of business on the following day, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. Vehicles that are left more than one day following the completion of the service will be subject to a $100 per day storage fee.
