Now that you're a member, when you come in, simply pull into the Member's Only lane. One of our team members will greet you and look up your membership by your license plate number. Please leave your keys in the vehicle and proceed down the designated path into our lobby.

We will call your name and/or vehicle make and model over the PA system when your vehicle is ready. To retrieve your vehicle you will proceed to the Quality Control area. One of our team members will be waiting with your vehicle.

We make every effort to keep our locations open for our members, but in times of inclement weather including freezing temperatures or all-day rain, we sometimes must delay opening or close for the day. Our team watches the weather day and night and begin making calls on opening as early as 5:30am. As a California Hand Wash Unlimited Monthly Member, you'll be the first to receive updates about inclement weather via email.
